  • Shipping Fee: FREE
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days

  3. Details: Fill in or confirm your shipping and payment information.
  4. Finalise: Wrap up your order. An automated confirmation email will reach you right away.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. With this you can follow the status of your delivery in real time.

Address accuracy

Kindly review your delivery address carefully at checkout. aussie-essentials cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer. Should a delivery fail as a result of a wrong address, the purchase amount will be reimbursed minus the shipping and handling costs already incurred. To have the items sent to the correct address, a new order will need to be placed.

Address changes after ordering

Do you need to adjust your delivery address after your order has been placed? Please reach out to us straight away at info@aussie-essentials.com.

  • If your package has not yet shipped: We are able to update the address on your behalf.
  • If your package has already shipped: Regrettably, we cannot alter the delivery route once the item is in the hands of the carrier.
