Return Policy

This return policy applies to the following country: Australia.
At aussie-essentials, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not leave you fully satisfied, we provide a 30-day return window that begins on the day your order reaches you. Regrettably, after this 30-day period has passed, we are no longer able to grant a refund or exchange.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the consumer guarantees you are entitled to for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
Conditions for returns
You are welcome to return items within 30 days if the goods you received were defective or damaged, if you got the wrong size or colour, if the item does not fit, or if the product simply did not meet your expectations. For your item to qualify for a return, it must be:
- Unused and in the very same condition in which you received it.
- Kept in its original packaging.

Return procedure
- Request: Send an email to info@aussie-essentials.com to ask for a return form.
- Documentation: Complete the form and place it inside your return package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address supplied by our customer service. You are required to use a shipping service that offers a tracking number so the package arrives safely.
- Processing: Once we have received and inspected it, we will handle your refund within 5 business days.
Return shipping costs
As a rule, the cost of return shipping falls to the customer and is non-refundable. This applies in particular to returns caused by dissatisfaction or an incorrect size. Because responsibility for the return shipment lies with the sender, we strongly advise choosing a tracked service so the package is received correctly.
Exception: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, aussie-essentials will bear all return shipping costs. Our customer service team will supply you with the information and support you need.
Return address
Items are to be sent only to the return address that our customer service provides after verification. Returns delivered to any other address cannot be processed. Please get in touch with us first so the procedure runs smoothly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The sum will be credited back to the payment method you originally used.
Late or missing refunds: If your refund has not arrived within the stated period, please review your bank account and reach out to your credit card company or bank. If you still require help, contact us at info@aussie-essentials.com.
Partial refunds or refusals may apply when:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- Parts are missing for reasons that are not our fault.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
The quickest route to exchanging an item is to send the original product back for a refund and then place a fresh order for the item you want. If you need help with an exchange request, please email info@aussie-essentials.com.
Cancellation policy
Should you want to cancel your order, you have one hour following confirmation to submit your request. Once that hour has passed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, since the order may already be in the preparation or shipping stage. To cancel, please email info@aussie-essentials.com and include your order number.
